The turn of the 1960s and 1970s was the time of the great quartz revolution and thus the Swiss-Japanese war in watchmaking. This resulted in Swiss brands releasing models specifically for the Japanese market, so as not to lose this huge market to cheap quartz watches. This Omega Geneva is an example of an Omega that only hit the market in the cherry blossom country. The watch has a characteristic wide bezel and a beautiful navy blue dial with falling indexes. A beautiful, unique watch - probably the only one of this model in Poland!
